Your Questions, Answered

Coaching is a collaborative conversation designed to help you think more clearly about something that matters.
Rather than giving you answers, a coach listens, asks questions, challenges assumptions and helps create the conditions for you to develop your own insight and direction.

I coach the person in front of me. Job title matters less to me than whether coaching feels like the right kind of conversation for what you are exploring.
You can be a senior leader, emerging leader, middle manager, HR and People professional or a person considering significant career or life decision for you. I will hold space for you.

TrueHeart International offers both, but they are deliberately different ways of working.

Yes. Our coaching conversations are confidential, subject to the professional and legal limits explained in our coaching agreement.
We will discuss confidentiality clearly before beginning our work together.
-
There is no universal number.
Some clients come with a focused issue that may need relatively few sessions, while others value working together over a longer period.
We can discuss what might be appropriate during the discovery call and review it as the coaching develops.
